About Amber

Amber is the co-founder of COAT Design Remodel and is the owner of Amber Arendsen Realty, all while being the primary caregiver of four children. Her real estate expertise has given the company an added edge when helping clients determine their goals and working budget.

Because Amber started out “in the trenches” during the early years when COAT was a handyman company, she learned trade skills and building fundamentals that provide her with unique insight to construction pricing that enable buyers “looking for their dream home” to find properties that would often be overlooked by other agents. Having bought, remodeled, invested-in and flipped multiple properties with Chad, she is a reliable source of knowledge and respected advisor for the company.
