About Katie

Katie joined the COAT team in 2021 as Office Manager, where she kept day-to-day operations running smoothly and made sure clients were taken care of every step of the way. As the company has grown and evolved, so has her role — she now works part-time in an operations support capacity, contributing to internal projects, systems organization, and day-to-day problem-solving wherever she’s needed. Whether handling a one-off admin project, making deliveries to clients and partners around town, or showing up in person to support team events, she always shows up ready to help.

With a background in customer service and retail management, she brings a practical, people-first mindset to everything she does. She finds satisfaction in the kind of work that makes things smoother for everyone else, and genuinely loves being part of something she believes in.

Outside of work, you’ll find her out on the trails mountain biking, camping, traveling to new places, or adventuring with her partner and pup.
