Maria is a college teacher by profession who found her passion in the world of business and operations. Today, she is the go-to support person at COAT Design Remodel, working across departments, helping with coordination and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. With a background in lead management, business development, property management, and event coordination, she brings a well-rounded skill set and a natural ability to keep things moving. She is collaborative and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient for both the team and the clients.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active through sports and fitness. She also has a knack for home arrangement that carries right over into her work, and she actually loves watching home remodeling shows. She’s the one who plans the family trips, pulls together the gatherings, and makes sure everyone has a great time. Whatever she’s doing, she brings that same energy and care to it, which is exactly what makes her so good at what she does.
